The Training Collection

The Mirror.

An AI-driven fitness mirror — intelligent trainers analyse movement in real time across strength, mobility, recovery and breath work.

Private home gym with reclaimed timber walls, London — the kind of room the Mirror is designed for

The room it is designed for. Product photography on request.

The one screen we allow in a room. Off, it is a full-length mirror in a timber frame. On, it is a coach: real-time form correction, guided strength and mobility, breath work and recovery sessions, without a trainer in the room.

We frame it in the same timber as the rest of the collection and wire it into the wall so there is nothing visible but glass.

The workshop

Wood, because it lasts.

Material

Solid hardwood, joined and oiled. No veneer, no MDF, no plastic. It takes knocks, and it takes a sanding and a fresh coat of oil a decade from now.

Hardware

Brass, steel or copper where the piece needs to pivot, lock or carry load. Fitted by hand, and replaceable without replacing the piece.

Lifetime

Every piece is made to be repaired, not replaced. It is the quiet reason our builds carry roughly one-fifth the carbon of a commercial-grade fit-out.

Complete the set.

The Bike

A sculptural, furniture-grade bike in natural timber.

The Treadmill

Self-powered, virtually silent, in natural timber.

The Adjustable Weights

Compact and portable, in a bespoke case.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is it useful without a personal trainer?

That is the point of it: the mirror watches your form and corrects it as you move. Many of our clients pair it with a monthly session at Terra Hale and train alone in between.

Does it need a subscription?

The guided programmes run on a subscription from the platform provider; we confirm the current terms at consultation.

Which finish should I choose?

The Standard (pine and brushed steel) suits lighter, Scandinavian rooms; The Cuprum Edition (walnut and solid copper) suits darker, richer interiors and gains a patina over time. We decide it with you against the room’s palette.

How long does it take?

Made or finished to order. Lead time is confirmed with your quotation and usually sits within the four-to-twelve-week window of a full build.
