Two saunas in one cabin: a traditional stove for the deep, dry heat, and infrared panels for a gentler session that starts in minutes. The cabin is built as joinery, in light timber or walnut, sized for a spare room, a garden studio or a pool house.
Inside, a full-body red and near-infrared light panel adds photobiomodulation for skin, cellular energy and recovery, and an optional frequency-sound layer settles the nervous system. Hot, light and rest, in one ritual.

The workshop
Wood, because it lasts.
Material
Solid hardwood, joined and oiled. No veneer, no MDF, no plastic. It takes knocks, and it takes a sanding and a fresh coat of oil a decade from now.
Hardware
Brass, steel or copper where the piece needs to pivot, lock or carry load. Fitted by hand, and replaceable without replacing the piece.
Lifetime
Every piece is made to be repaired, not replaced. It is the quiet reason our builds carry roughly one-fifth the carbon of a commercial-grade fit-out.

What power supply does it need?
A dedicated circuit for the stove and panels, specified and installed by our team as part of the build.
Can it go in a garden studio or pool house?
Yes — most of our suites do. We design the ventilation, drainage and electrics with the cabin so it works as one installation.
Infrared or traditional — which is better?
They do different things: infrared for a gentler, quicker session and recovery; traditional for deep heat and the contrast ritual with the ice bath. The Combined Sauna gives you both.
How long does it take?
Made or finished to order. Lead time is confirmed with your quotation and usually sits within the four-to-twelve-week window of a full build.
