The Home Wellness Suite

The Recovery Lounger.

A sculptural vibroacoustic and PEMF lounger — the rest phase where the nervous system down-shifts and the contrast ritual lands.

A recovery corner in one of our rooms. Lounger photography on request.

Hot and cold do the work; rest is where it lands. The lounger plays low-frequency sound through the body and adds pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, in a piece shaped to hold you still for twenty minutes.

It closes the suite: sauna, plunge, then this — with the sensory layer of circadian light, scent and sound tied together on one simple control.

The workshop

Wood, because it lasts.

Material

Solid hardwood, joined and oiled. No veneer, no MDF, no plastic. It takes knocks, and it takes a sanding and a fresh coat of oil a decade from now.

Hardware

Brass, steel or copper where the piece needs to pivot, lock or carry load. Fitted by hand, and replaceable without replacing the piece.

Lifetime

Every piece is made to be repaired, not replaced. It is the quiet reason our builds carry roughly one-fifth the carbon of a commercial-grade fit-out.

Pairs with

Complete the set.

The Combined Sauna

Infrared and traditional heat, with integrated red light.

The Ice Bath

Stainless tub, embedded chiller, wrapped in Canadian cedar.

The Mirror

Guided recovery and breath work, framed in timber.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What does vibroacoustic therapy do?

Low-frequency sound felt through the body, used to settle the nervous system after training or contrast therapy. Most people are asleep within ten minutes.

Can it be used without the rest of the suite?

Yes. It works on its own as a recovery piece in a bedroom, study or gym.

Can I commission this on its own?

Yes. Every piece is available individually, delivered and installed, or as part of a full private gym design and build.

How long does it take?

Made or finished to order. Lead time is confirmed with your quotation and usually sits within the four-to-twelve-week window of a full build.
